Loyalty Marketing Executive

We’re seeking a motivated professional to join us as Loyalty Marketing Executive based at our Corporate Office.
The Role
The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate all aspects of our new Guest Recognition Program, marketing and membership communications, partner promotions and related programmes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, optimizing marketing opportunities, coordinating opportunities between vendors, corporate office decision makers and hotels as well as maintaining an annual promotion activity calendar.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning and Execution
- Develop and execute marketing plans with partners that drive business to the hotels
- Identify new partners by brand or by business and lead negotiations with such
- Work with the Corporate Office Hotel Operations team and Learning and Development team to identify training and development needs within the hotel teams to ensure the Guest Recognition Programme is delivered consistently across the hotels. This includes resolution of programme issues within the market which may be customer, hotel, technical or legally focussed
- Responsible for establishing programme knowledge amongst the hotels and Area and Regional teams. This may be through attendance at meetings, development of training materials, and the delivery of training to hotels as appropriate
- Develop a promotional calendar for the year, followed by the execution of these plans to ensure that all promotions are well represented with partners, well promoted to potential new customers, and that existing customers receive appropriate communications (timing, content and frequency) to ensure continued activity
- Communication
- Ensure that the Hotel Operations teams, Area Marketing and Corporate Office management team are briefed appropriately at all times to ensure a consistent understanding of direction and priorities for the Guest Recognition Program
The Person
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent customer knowledge and relationships with in-depth knowledge of partnership and loyalty marketing
- Good understanding of promotions management at both strategic and tactical levels
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills to enable professional completion of reports, presentations and collaterals
- A highly motivated individual who is comfortable working independently and managing diverse range of demanding projects
- Culturally sensitive, with high IQ and EQ
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of another Asian language is an asset
- Diploma in business/marketing/hotel management from a recognized institution
