Based at our Corporate Office in Singapore, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as Human Capital & Development Executive.

Job Responsibilities

Provides operational and administrative support and in the areas of recruitment, learning and development and associate welfare. Operates as "right hand" to both the Vice President, Learning & Development and the Director Resourcing & Staffing.

The Role

• Works closely with the Vice President, Learning & Development in all learning and development activities.
• Assists the Director Resourcing & Staffing with recruitment activities.
• Assists in the organisation of corporate events such as company's dinner, corporate trip, family day, Town Hall, etc.
• Understands role as Brand Standards mentor and continues to develop and strive to deliver higher service standards than guest expectations.
• Any other duties of a comparable nature as may be required by the Vice President, Learning and Development.

The Person

• Strong administrative and organization skills
• Understanding of learning and development's role in an organization
• Knowledge of recruitment process
• Advanced skills in the use of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe Publisher
• Degree from a recognized tertiary institution and/or have gained 1 year of HR/ HCD and experience
