Distribution Services Executive

Based at our Corporate Office in Singapore, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as Distribution Services Executive.

Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the high standards of data integrity, revenue management and channel management practices are in place for all properties, to support the properties in achieving correct data in the systems and provide assistance to optimize business through Pan Pacific’s e-distribution channels.

The Role

• Act as a liaison between the front-line hotel marketing, reservations and revenue teams and the technology provider teams to support the hotels usage of the systems.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the OPERA suite of systems and the related business impacts.
• Work closely with hotels and external customers for problem resolution and escalation to Distribution Services Director.
• Assist hotels in implementing incremental revenue opportunities via Pan Pacific distribution channels.
• Maintenance of revenue and central reservations systems data management.

The Person

• Degree in Statistics or Marketing
• Reservations or Statistical experience
• Analytical skills required
• Rational thinking
• Detail oriented
• Service oriented
